We have literally been on the go since Halloween. Between birthdays, cub scouts, and the rest of day to day life. Here are some of the pictures from our snowy but fabulous trick or treat 2011!

The first three were from Jacob's school dance "fright night"!

Jacob & Lily!

We also had a Halloween party at "the club" with Grandma and Grandpa...
This was an interactive witch someone was hiding somewhere and spooking the kids...

They had some really cool carved pumpkins...

Spongebob and Gary...

Superman checking out the ghost napkins...

Sammi the bee...

They had these cool castles in the closed in patio...

Love the gargoyles!

The grand finale magic show!

 The real dove...

The teeth had different screws, very creative!

Spooky smores for Joshua's Pre-K party...

 The pre-trick or treat pose...

The snow did not stop this neighborhood!

I still can't get over the black hair on Jacob!

A very tall and skinny Angry bird...

Big and little super men...

Full size candy bar score!

The spooky house!

Pinterest found pumpkin roll recipe!

I got this recipe from one of my favorite blogs that I follow on pinterest
Pumpkin Roll Recipe
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. soda
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup pumpkin (canned- not pie filling, pure pumpkin)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts (optional- I exclude them cuz I’m not a fan of walnuts)
Mix everything except nuts.
Grease & wax cookie sheet.
Pour into pan & sprinkle nuts.
Bake 15 min. at 375 degrees.
Roll into T-towel for about 10 minutes.
Unroll & spread in filling.
8 oz. cream cheese (250g)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
Mix well.
You can go to How does she for great step by step pics!

This one was for my dad's birthday and it disappeared pretty quickly!
